Praise God! All the glitches have been worked out and today we got word that the National Visa Center has received our approval form I-800 to classify Juliana as an immediate relative and has forwarded it to the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China.
Only a couple more steps and we're on our way to bring Juliana home!
